For us, the biggest attraction isn’t simply that the homes are new.
It’s where they’re being built.
There aren’t many opportunities to create an entirely new residential community this close to historic Downtown Winter Garden. With only 40 residences planned, Lakeview Village should also feel considerably more intimate than the large master-planned developments found elsewhere around Central Florida.
